Booking, Payment, Cancellation and Weather Policy

To confirm your Everest Helicopter Tour, a 30% payment is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable before the flight. We accept payments in USD, Nepalese rupees, or other currencies converted to the applicable USD amount.

For cancellations, you can receive a full refund when the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled flight, in accordance with the applicable airline/operator policy. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable, as the helicopter cost has already been committed.

If weather conditions make the flight unsafe, the tour can either be postponed to another suitable date or refunded, depending on the guest’s preference and available options. Once the helicopter has commenced the flight, however, the tour is non-refundable, even if weather conditions require changes to the planned route or landing locations.
